About the Cumberland County Cultural and Heritage CommissionDedicated to the development and promotion of public interest in the arts and history of local and county cultural traditions. A significant part of the Commission’s work each year is the development and administration of the Block Grants provided by the New Jersey State Council on the Arts (NJSCA) and the New Jersey Historical Commission (NJHC).
