In addition to the usual amenities, each Wine Dinner Weekend includes a Saturday evening dinner with a "chef's choice menu" featuring Jay's extraordinary cuisine and selection of fine wines. Since 2003, our main courses for 14 dinners have included veal osso buco, filet mignon, rack of lamb, duck, chicken, pork tenderloin, and cassoulet.
